East Khanid Trading has a very active Mission running department, which we call our "Factions Relations" department. We're strongly aligned to the Khanid Kingdom faction, with secondary alignments to the Amarr Empire and Caldari State factions. If you join up with EKT, you will be expected to run missions for these 3 factions only. If you have negative standings with them, this does not preclude you from joining us, but you will be asked to rectify your standings as soon as possible. The reasons for this are many, but essentially EKT's standings are made up from an average of our member standings, and so it is very important for all our members to have positive standings with these factions, if not excellent ones! We do realise that raising your faction standings can take a while, but we aim to help our members achieve this by offering a variety of incentives along the way. Our Faction Relations department is one of the most active in our corp, and suits mission runners of all levels and commitment. Even if you consider yourself to be a Trader / Miner / whatever, there is something in our Faction Relations department for you to participate in! Our Disciplines and Ranks system will encourage you, as a mission runner, to become even more proficient in what you do. We provide you help and motivation to succeed, and richly reward your progress. In order to make mission running for the corp standings achievable and as inexpensive as possible, we have in place systems that will allow you free ammo for use on missions, as well as access to a huge amount of modules and other items from our loot hangars. Essentially, this is achieved by having all of our mission runners put their unwanted ammo and loot into some general hangars, and then other members who do want them having free access as long as they are returning the favour. For example, if I'm into Projectile weapons, I'll dump all the missiles, hybrid ammo and frequency crystals I pick up on my missions in the ammo containers. You, using Hybrid ammo, will use the ammo I put in there, and dump your unwanted projectile ammo, which I will then use. Simple huh? Any shortages will be topped up by the corp! What this boils down to is virtually free mission running! Since our corp standings are pretty good to begin with, you should immediately have access to some fairly decent agents in the area. With a little bit of work, you'll raise your own standings higher than the corp standings fairly quickly, and will soon be flying high-level missions for big rewards. Our other mission-running members are all keen to participate in group efforts to nail level 4's and reap the rewards, and we're always willing to help eachother out on the particularly tough missions. There are several reasons why having good corp standings with the Khanid Kingdom faction and the Khanid NPC corps is important to East Khanid Trading. These reasons include stuff like lower costs in refining, trading, etc, providing easier access to jump clones, opening up the possibility for high-sec POS'es should we need them.
