Employee Benefits - What sort of benefits are there for members?

Benefits for our members depend a little on your role in the corp. Essentially though, East Khanid Trading aims to encourage a group effort approach where our members help eachother, help the corp, and have the corp help our members. There are several systems in place to help our employees benefit from their membership, and basically as long as everyone follows the guidelines, they will reap rewards not often available in other corporations in EVE.
Free Ammo, Missiles and Drones!
In EKT we have a simple system where people can offload the ammo and drones they don't use, and pick up the ones they do use for free. By putting your unwanted ammo and drones into the common pool, you will be providing free stuff for other members. They will be doing the same and provide free stuff for you. In addition, the corp will manufacture those items that are popular enough to warrant it - basically, when running missions for EKT, you should never have to buy your own ammo, missiles, or drones again!
Cheap Equipment and Ships
East Khanid Trading has a number of BPOs and BPCs of our own, and our Production division members have a massive collection between them too. Essentially, corp members can order ships and equipment at just above mineral cost, so no more paying ridiculous prices for things!
Structured Services
All departments in EKT provide services for eachother. This is structured in such a way that everyone involved in turning a profit is getting a piece of that profit! Essentially, whenever you help someone else in the corp make money, you'll be making money too.
Free Skill Books, Ships, and Equipment
EKT has a unique system in place that encourages our members to improve their skills to help them become more productive members in the corporation. As part of this encouragement, in return for participating in corp ops and for training your skills, EKT aims to provide you with the skill books necessary to further your studies, as well as give you ships and equipment as goals to work towards. There are some rules and regulations determining when you become eligible for the free stuff, but it's easily accessible and quite achievable for everyone who joins EKT!
Regular Income
East Khanid Trading believes in helping our members succeed financially too. As a result, we offer a number of investment opportunities to our members. For a small investment from our members (which can later be sold if necessary), they stand to get regular dividend payouts. Having this extra income will help our members achieve their financial goals. It also allows our members to make double-income... firstly from carrying out their usual tasks (such as mining, producing, trading, hauling, mission-running, etc), and secondly from any profits the corp makes using the results of their efforts. In other words, you can, for example, make money mining the minerals, and then make more money when stuff is built from those minerals and sold at a profit!
Relief from boredom!
We encourage active membership, so the majority of our members are quite active. This means that there should normally be someone else online when you are. Group activities are encouraged too, so mucking about with fellow corp members should be a regular occurrence. In addition, we have some internal competitions from time to time - such as frigate battles (solo and team), treasure hunts, and assassination games.
